Winter Blast
Our little town has been diligently digging out of a winter storm. I measured 25 inches in my back yard (unofficial number of course). As you know, I'm loving this brief winter visit. Snow in this magnitude is manageable because I still have electricity! Our daughter leaves today after being here since Sunday night. We had a great visit even though we were unable to go anywhere for two - three days. She loved the snow and pulled out her winter coat and boots that she left here when she moved to California. Just think by this evening, she'll be back in summertime weather! Luckily, we did get out yesterday to shop and have lunch :) I recently switched from a windows computer to a mac (I bought my son's macbook air). Over all the switch has been easy but sometimes my brain hurts from trying to figure out how to do things that I could seamlessly do without thinking. I'm hoping when the learning curve is over, I'll be happy with the swi
