I cannot get enough of the daffodils this spring season. They are beautiful and cheerful especially during a rainy day. Yesterday was dreary and drippy but the pops of yellow in the backyard were delightful to behold. In the mornings I'm confused on what to wear! Is it winter like or spring like. I change outfits because I'm too cold or too hot.
How are you?
My dad is close to being transferred to a rehab facility, he is more than ready to get out of the hospital and so are we. Maybe it will happen today? I'm not sure how fast the process is but it's going to happen sooner than later. Thank you for the prayers and well wishes, we appreciate them immensely!
My week has been visiting him on most days and doing some intermittent knitting when I have some down time. I'm ready for the weekend.
Daffodils are lovely and bright even when they are covered in raindrops! Sending all good thoughts and prayers that your dad is discharged to the rehab. facility soon.ReplyDelete
Echoing the well wishes for your Dad. May be be transferred speedily and easily! I love looking out and seeing the daffodils and now (as of yesterday) our forsythia in the front yard is showing color. Like you, I seem to change my clothes multiple times in a day!ReplyDelete
Sending good wishes for your dad.ReplyDelete
I love daffodils too. I was worried about ours because as soon as they started to bloom, out temps dropped back down into the teens at night. Thankfully that cold snap only lasted a few days and the daffodils look even stronger for it. They are blooming like crazy now. I'm so glad to hear your dad is doing better. I know you will all breathe a sigh of relief when he's out of the hospital. You all remain in my thoughts.ReplyDelete
Daffodils are the most delightful Spring flower. I continue to send prayers for your Dad's recovery.ReplyDelete
I love Daffodils and all spring flowers, but with all of our snow and cold temperatures, we don't have any flowers out in bloom here yet. I hope your dad will soon be in rehab and will continue his healing and recovery. Have a good weekend. :-)ReplyDelete
Jealous! We don't have anything popping out of the ground yet...maybe this week. Thanks for sharing the pictures so I can dream mine will be out soon. Happy knitting this weekend.ReplyDelete
Those daffodils... so gorgeous! I hope your dad has moved to the rehab facility (and is not there long!) I will continue to hold him close in thought and prayer! XOReplyDelete
