Split Pea Soup 1 onion chopped 1/2 cup chopped carrots 2 stalks of celery chopped 1 tbs of olive oil 4 cups of vegetable broth 1 1/4 cups of yellow split peas 1 tsp thyme Saute the first four ingredients for 10 minutes then add the rest.
