Good afternoon! How are you? I’m doing pretty good. We finished a whirlwind trip to see our daughter and her family in the Boston area. It’s going to take a few days to recover. I loved seeing our littlest grandson, so sweet! Can you believe he’ll be a year old soon? I cannot.
It’s going to take me a few days to get caught up with the laundry and other duties so I hope to visit you soon.
I took these photos before I left. I am more than ready for fall. Summer is rough for me with all of my health issues. However I do enjoy crisp AC air that is abundant inside buildings!
I started another shawl for the trip and did not knit one blessed stitch. My intentions were there though.
Nice to get away for a little bit. But, as Dorothy said, "there's no place like home".

ReplyDeleteHow nice that you got to see your newest grandson (and I can't believe he is almost a year now!!). C&M&I will be in Boston later this week! Hope you can rest and take it easy. It is awfully muggy here.

ReplyDeleteIt is hard to comprehend that your littlest grandson will soon be a year old. I can understand how a trip to Boston would take you some time to recover. Our oldest granddaughter went to college in Boston (Northeastern University) and she now resides in Foxborough. Boston is a busy place!
