Knitting News

I haven't shared this cowl in a while now. Isn't it just fantastic? I love the colors that I put together on a whim when I bought the yarn over the summer months right after the BIG move. I can't stop loving it.

What are you working on this week?

  4. Oh your co1ors are wonderfu1. I finished a hat and mai1ed it to a friend as a surprise. I can't wait to hear how he 1ikes it. I need to be at the start portion of something I want to make. I'm giving the uneek sock yarn one more chance not to drive me crazy. IT is too beautiful not to try again. I am asking it to be finger1ess, It shou1d comp!y. Sometimes It is just too much caffeine and my hands get jittery.

  6. I like those soothing colors. I've been slowly working on laundry and cleaning for CNY. I may make pie crust today, but need to figure out lunch.

  7. oh that cowl is one of my favorite patterns! I LOVE your colors!! I wore mine on repeat last week and realized it was the perfect gauge swatch for the yarn I used ... I even switched needle sizes halfway through so it works for size 4 and size 3 needles. (sometimes current me is most delighted with things past me did without even thinking about them)

  9. That cowl pattern is a tried and true favorite of mine also. I love your color combinations. I'm working on a cardigan and a shawl. Just because I like three projects on the needles, I cast on a pair of socks - for the third time.

  11. Wow that is gorgeous! I found a yarn shop in a local town, I fear it is going to be rather dangerous knowing it is there......I was very restrained yesterday partly because I had so little time but I can't unknow that it is there now!
