Happenings
In the spring, my son and daughter in law gave me a Gilmore Girls themed jigsaw puzzle. I put it together in about four days with the help of my son and my husband. I do love a jigsaw puzzle but I don't like how obsessed I become to get it done and the hunched over stance I keep while doing it.
I started a pair of mittens for my sister for her birthday in January. I've knit the pattern before so it's an oldie but a goodie. I love to knit the same things repeatedly.
How was your weekend? Are you ready for the holidays if you celebrate?
I am ready but I am also not baking cookies or hosting anyone so that has made being ready so easy and fast!!

Love the jigsaw puzzle. Sorry about your sickness glad you're getting better.

I'm so sorry that you've had yet another health issue to deal with ...and overcome. Your snow looks like ours. We had about 11 inches and it's currently 2 degrees F. I'm glad that you aren't hosting a meal or baking cookies this season. You need your rest, and the absence of those things will give you more time to rest and knit. The puzzle is adorable.
ReplyDeleteIt is wicked cold here too. We received about 8" of snow and it is still on the ground. Luckily streets have now been plowed. I do enjoy jigsaw puzzles, but you are right - I hunch over them and that is not good! Those mittens look adorable, but complicated to knit. Have fun!
ReplyDeleteThis cold is something!! Even in the south hills we have an abundance of snow! I love it!! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteIt's good to check in and see what you've been up to. I love that puzzle and your knitting project. I hope your new doctors and meds help you feel better. Have a good week, and stay warm and cozy with all that snow!
