Knitting News

Good morning to you! How are you doing?

I'm doing okay, the air quality is improving. My knitting is the same and there is progress on the shawl! After finishing the lacework I had more yarn left over so I decided to add garter stitch ridges and some simple eyelet rows in between. I call it knit doodling and it was easy and fun.

The sock that I started last week has had little to no attention! I hope to switch that up this week.

What are you knitting and working on this week?

  1. What a great idea - knit doodling. Love it! Your shawl is very pretty and I bet your sock moves along quickly (I need to get moving on mine!).

  7. I love the colors of your shawl. So unique. Knit doodling is fun! Can't wait to see it blocked out. Progess on my sock has stalled...I'm sure I will be inspired to finish sock #2 soon.

  9. Knit doodling sounds like fun. The good thing about socks is they are easy to pick up and put down as the knitting mojo strikes. Stay cool.
