Knitting News

Good morning! How are you doing on this fine morning?

I've been happily knitting on two projects. I started a Christmas stocking for my grandson for my house a few days ago. It's wonderful to be knitting again without pain, but I am still limiting the amount of time I am knitting to make sure I don't return to any arthritis flare ups. The other project is a simple rib hat for me.

What are you working on this week?

  3. Steve's mom dropped some "hat hints" this week... I am going to toss the stash to see if I have anything suitable to knit one up for her!

  4. I started a hat last night, but I must have been tired because my stitch count is off after only 3 rows of 2x2 ribbing! LOL I will rip that out later today.

  6. I am working on the last two WIPS of the year, a pair of socks and a scarf knit in the same shape as the Sophie Scarf. The yarn color for the hat is such a pretty frosty gray.

  8. I love the color of the stocking for your grandson. Such a rich red. Good for you for limiting your knitting time. Flares are never fun.
